Some of my favorite photographs. Simply being in the world and documenting what I see along the way. The first few are from Guatemala. I visited in 2000 for a few days, when these photos were taken, and then went back for a few months in 2003.
The above photographs are from a hotel room in San Salvador, El Salvador. I was traveling solo in a little red pick up truck with Pennsylvania license plates. The room cost $4.00 for the night. It might have been a brothel. It was low 90’s and humid inside, and the mosquitoes were so bad I had to sleep, drenched in sweat, completely covered under a sheet.
